Energy Club WA holds regular industry networking events with high-profile keynote speakers, covering topics such as project updates, innovation, technology, leadership, market analysis, best practice, efficiencies and collaboration.

Our recent focus has been to provide member-exclusive events and programs, as well as collaborations with industry-related associations to enable our members to broaden their network. We would like to remind our members that we are here to facilitate introductions between members, our Board of Governors, and other special guests upon request at our events.

Like everyone, we have had to make some significant changes to our operations over recent months, and we thank you for your support during this time. We've heard some fantastic presentations through our virtual event series and these have been complimentary for all Energy Club WA members to attend.

The online events and various networking initiatives will remain a part of our event calendars moving forward.

The Energy Club WA member portal is powered by Wild Apricot Membership Software.

We've recently upgraded to a more efficient member management system, offering features to improve the way you interact with Energy Club WA and other members; e.g. managing your profile, booking events, managing payments and renewals with ease, and the member directory which allows you to search and reach out to other Energy Club WA members.

The Member Directory is a great way to search for other members and contact them directly. You can update your personal information and control the information that's visible to other members by updating your privacy settings on your profile. Only members can access the directory feature. 

We have also uploaded the recordings from our virtual events, which are accessible to all members and are now available to view on the Member Portal.  

Members can check the online benefits page within the portal to stay up to date on what’s available. To claim, or if you need to present a business with ‘proof of membership’, log in to the portal via the web or use the wild apricot members app to show them the voucher/offer listed on the benefits page.

We invite all our members to feature as our Member Under the Microscope. The purpose of the article is to recognise and support individual members, highlighting their skills, and experiences and championing their achievements.

Our media consultants create a short article, roughly 300 - 500 words about you and your experiences, using the information you provide in our online questionnaire. Once approved, the article is then shared through the Energy Club of WA LinkedIn page, Website and featured in our monthly e-newsletter.

We'd love to hear from you; this is a fantastic opportunity for the ECWA staff and other Energy Club of WA members to get to know you a little better. 

Be Our Member Under the Microscope

We're excited to continue the Energy Club of WA Leadership and Mentor Program in 2021.

Mentoring is a proven approach to drive rich learning and development for both mentees and mentors, and our 6-month program is designed to do exactly that. We have developed the framework to ensure this program is mutually beneficial for both mentor and mentee, encouraging them to share their knowledge, skills and life experience to guide one another to reach their full potential. 

We're now taking expressions of interest for this program and invite you to confirm your interest in either role. Limited availability, applications close Friday 12th February.
