The Club is a not-for-profit organisation registered as Energy Club of Western Australia Inc.
The object of the Club is to:
(a) promote and encourage social intercourse between its members
(b) provide means and facilities for persons engaged in and concerned with the energy industry to meet
(c) to educate the general public on the activities of the energy industry.
In our constitution, 'energy industry' includes industries involved in the production, extraction, generation, harnessing, development and distribution of energy resources.
The Club adheres to the Constitution and Club Rules.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS: The 2026 AGM will be held on 26th March, 2026.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in March of each year on a date set by the Board of Governors. The AGM documents are distributed 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
